I'll do a run in August. I've been wanting to do this trail as well. I can do either Saturday or Sunday, though my preference is for Saturday.

There's a thread on FB (Crawlorado Jeepers) talking about folks running that line; at least I think its the same. A lot of folks upset. And to avoid any confusion, that is NOT my red TJ in those pictures, :tisktisk:

I am sure the group the people that those people are in are taking some corrective measures to ensure something like this dont happen again inside their group. Also on the 1st real obstical there is a line to the far left some people are complaining about. I called the ranger for south park and i was told if the line contains any vegatation not to use it. Straddling the vegatation is bad as well. If it doesnt they are not concerned with protecting the rock.

Was thinking about that this morning. It's quite a hike from Longmont. I was thinking maybe Sat of Labor day weekend.

I could do the Friday or possibly Thursday a before too.

I've never run it so want someone who has to lead.
