I am trying to help my sister in law sell her 1991 Toyota 4 runner

Automatic Transmission with working 4WD.

Good tread on the tires
More than 230,000 miles.
Has a new battery as well as new belts on the water pump and alternator.
**work needed**
May need new water pump.
Transmission is having issues shifting
Rust over rear wheel well on passenger side
