Some of those have a very strange twin driveshaft/differential front axle. It's pretty sweet to say the least. It looks like a fun rover mobile.

Yeah, I remember seeing some of the odd dual front diffs and dual front driveshaft setups before. Those are truly strange. Unsure if this would be one of those.

It doesn't have standard hubs in front, they look like full float hubs.

The look like drive flanges. I am sure you can swap them out for manual locking hubs.
