So we picked up a camper a few weeks ago and made an break in run to Medicine Bow National forest in Wyoming. What amazing untouched area for being so close to Denver. Campgrounds were full on Friday night so we just ventured in further until we found a sweet spot off the road that someone else had made a fire pit in. One of our camp mates made an incredible breakfast and we were off to find some trails. Not even a mile up the road we stumbled on a million dollar camp site. Pulled our stakes and relocated this new amazing spot away from the campgrounds.

We headed out after that to go exploring a bit finding even more great terrain finding more lakes and greenery. Mother nature threw everything she had at us during that trip, went from shorts and sunshine to snow and parkas. In the end, it is well worth the consideration of a return trip.

Love the snowy range. Never have wheeled there but have camped and hiked a number of times. Absolutely gorgeous scenery.

Thx. That area, for the little I've ventured there, always has comments like yours.
