Saw that. Just wish i had and extra $600 cause I'd need a bumper too.

You should be able to just put a winch plate on and keep your bumper. Winch plates are cheap too.

Bumpers do get spendy. I'm a fan of my Rugged Ridge, inexpensive was just a bonus. I like that I was able to get it inexpensive for the base and can add as money gets better.

Not quite that easy on 2012 JK. There is stuff under the bumper that has to be relocated. One designed for my rig costs about 180 plus relocation brackets. Can get a bumper for about 300. I hate the existing black cover on the oem bumper.

That is a pretty silly design. Good reason to own an older rig I guess. ;)
