All I'll add is that for an Idaho Springs (area) meeting point, a start time later in the morning is preferred so folks can use the freeways after the morning rush.

I see a calendar entry for Empire trails @ 8:30am.

Care to push that back to 9? An 8:30 meet has me leaving FoCo at 6:15/6:30am to be a part of the morning rush to Denver - not something anyone enjoys.

What trail should I load into my GPS? Have you decided?
