Just a rant. Someone sliced a tire on my wife's car and a tire on my car last night. Hers were non-studded winter tires, so not cheap. Mine studded winter tires were just put on the car 2 weeks ago. Not what I needed on a freezing cold morning, or coming up to the holidays. Only good news is it was only 1 on each car. I tossed a summer rim/tire back on each car just so my wife can take my daughter to a b-day party in 30 mins. Absolutely pointless and idiotic. The hassle in the cold/snow is the worst part.

That sucks. But glad you had a decent quick fix for it! Sorry to hear of the trouble. Do you or your neighbors have any security cameras?

I gotta say, for a "rant" that was mighty short. I probably would have rambled on for paragraphs.

Yeah, it was a short rant. I had to go to the bank and then the tire shop. Only good news is I can still by the tire for my car. They stopped making it, but some places can still get it through a custom order. My wife's car will have to get a mismatched rear 4th tire, or replace both on the rear.

Go figure that I was looking at cameras a week ago. I put them on our previous house, and they were fantastic. This is a much quieter neighborhood, so I hadn't gotten around to it. Guess what else I am going to be buying today.

We really have no idea. Since they only targeted each of the Prii, it must have been someone who simply doesn't like the Prius.

Sorry to hear that about what happened. That really sucks. Never did I understand why some people do that crap. Just for the record, I was no where near Morrison last night. I've been grounded from driving by the doctor due to a concussion.:frown:

I walked the neighborhood, and not a single other car was touched. Installed my camera setup tonight. Too bad I had been thinking about it but putting it off. 5 of the 10 cameras are now focused on the cars. Here is basically what I ended up getting, but bought it at Costco. It has amazing views, so anyone screwing around out front might as well smile. :)
