They have some cool ideas. I thought the miter saw mount was interesting. The umbrella mount was also a good idea.

Great find.

Old news to most, I'm sure, but I carry a Trail D-vise: http://www.macscustomtiedowns.com/product/TrailD-Vise/All

Personally, I got a mount to put my bench vise in. Not really portable for offroad, but great for work around the house/yard, taking to grandpa's house, etc. I then mounted a receiver to my work bench so I can use it in the garage too.

with basically one of these:

and then one of these on my workbench:

You see; proof there's always someone smarter than me.....

Great idea, however it does make me feel better that I did need something "travel size" to tuck away in the rig otherwise I'd never bother to haul it along on the trail.

After years of putting up with ***** vises, I finally gifted myself a nice Wilton last year that I can pound and twist on without cussing. But it ain't coming off the bench! Put my old one down in the gun room so now I don't have to go out to the garage to use the.....new....one....um...wait.?

Yeah, mine is a Wilton, but very similar to the one in the home depot link. Unsure if they still make the Wilton model that I have. After 10 years of abuse, it still works great!

I made a game hoist like that for a friend. It worked great for skinning and carving my deer.
