Fuel pump. Bet if you check it at the Schraeder valve on the fuel rail it has no pressure.

Sounds like a deal for anyone remotely interested. If it ends up being too much of a project, I'd imagine it could be sold for more.

Could also be a crank sensor. But there is no mention of a CEL while cranking.
Ill help anyone interested in buying it.
