That's a type of wheeling rig I'd like for nice weather wheeling!

It'd be a trailer thing I'd imagine - I wonder what its cruise speed is?

I think you can get special plates for "Parade Only" sort of thing. Other than that, I am sure it isn't street legal.

You can flop the steering column over & walk beside it, that's about as fast as they go. There's an article in the latest JP magazine about them.
