As some of know I blew my t-case on Yankee Hill a few weeks back. Apparently I blew the hub that holds my truck in AWD and am looking to get it fixed. I have a spare with a bad actuator so I’m looking for someone comfortable pulling the good actuator that’s in my truck and putting the spare t-case in to replace the bad one using my good actuator. I understand the t-case has to be taken apart to do this and it’s well beyond my ability.

If anyone's comfortable with this stuff and experienced let me know.

I would offer my services, but I know you wouldn't be happy with the lead times I got going on. And I am not one to pimp another shop, but...

If you don't mind making the drive, Call these guys: http://timstoyshop.com/

You are going to pay standard book time for everything, but I promise you they are worth every penny.

Chris - if you need to, you can use some of my tools. You likely need a press, which I have. Other than that, it should be a matter of opening it up, swapping the parts, put it back together.

Thanks Jeff but from what I've read the actuator is pretty sensitive and if not installed precisely leaks like a sieve. I'll keep you offer in mind as things progress!
