I'm considering getting one of these http://www.heritagemfg.com/product_listing.cfm?cat_id=2 for camping / plinking / scaring hippies. Anyone have any experience with them?

Looks fun. But sungle action? Guess that will keep you from burning through that .22 mag so quickly.

Last time I wanted to spend money on a pistol for camping, it was big enough to stop a bear. I wish I had bought that one...

Just looking for a plinker, and it shoots .22lr which is cheap. The single action will just help me slow down on vacation. :) I was just wondering if anyone has actually shot one, and if anyone knows of a good place to buy one. I'll probably just go to Cabellas.

Thanks for the offer, but I don't buy used guns and have no idea about paperwork either.

I've had one for years. Basic 22/22 mag. It's been solid without a single issue. Only thing I wish I would have opted for is adjustable sights. Overall I've been very happy with it especially for half the price of a single six.
