So I'm working on getting the camper ready for summer and while troubleshooting an oven problem, I decide to remove the range and work off the bench. While looking for a possible vent obstruction, I notice this

Its the gas supply line for the water heater, poorly routed under the range then up the side before exiting to the WH regulator

All it took was a very light push to penetrate the left over wall with a scribe. Could have been real interesting.

You know it, Jeff. I don't think the range has ever been removed knowing the previous (and original) owner never used it which just goes to show how crappy these things are built. For a gas supply line, it should be secured in such a way that this simply isn't possible. It's a brand name camper, too. I'm glad it didn't turn into a roman candle somewhere on Cottonwood Pass.
