Not sure what happened, but I went to meet for Redcone this morning, and after waiting and not seeing anybody, joined with another group that was running Redcone and had an awesome day today. Couldn't have asked for better weather, though the wind was blowing strong as always at the top of the trail.

I know of a red and a white explorer that were supposed to be up there today, I really wanted to be with that group but it didn't work out. Did you see them?

As a matter of fact, that was who I joined up with and ran with today. They also had a couple of Tacoma's with them, so was a total group of 5 vehicles. Very nice folks...

Oh nice. There was supposed to be a green explorer there as well, but a d**kh**d boss ruined that. Plus got a repair to do on mine, although I could've made that happen somehow I think. Anyway, glad you enjoyed the trip, thanks for the pics.

From the comments of the run's date, I caught that three day issue as well (nice pic of it). My thought is that the run was on the calendar just before the forum reset a week or so back. I'm attributing the date mis-match to that issue.

BUT

Let's all keep an eye on things to see if any crops up again. I'll be looking though if anyone see's something, please comment on it (in a thread or better yet a PM to me).

edit: I just created an "test - aug 27" run and placed it onto the cal on the 27th. All three spots matched to the 27th. The test has been deleted (if you were to look for it).

Yep, we picked up Don in Bailey and ran the trail together. Busy day on Red Cone.

the trail has gotten rockier below tree line, but it's not too bad still.

Well the confustion was my fault.
Posted that we would be going today (sunday)
But placed it in Saturday on the calender.
Glad you were Ble to hook up with some other folks and still have a good day.

Man I really appreciate the photos you posted, almost ran that yesterday after we did Slaughterhouse Gulch but I had made plans with my folks. Evan almost talked me into it, but I would never had made it back in time. Now it's on my bucket list!
