Well no nothing about putting in a resistor,bought led bulb replacements and now I need either a led flasher or a resi:confused::confused:stor put in line!heard the flasher is a pain to get too!

Install the resistor across the leads of the LED to create a greater load which emulates an incandescent bulb so the flasher will "flash" at a normal rate.

As I mentioned in the other thread sometimes, such as in my truck, it's much easier to use a resistor than a flasher.

Well did the resistor install and now have normal turn signals.best part is it only cost me ten bucks!

That's pretty much what a package of 2 are going for at local auto parts stores Fred. These are intended for consumers to just wire in so I don't think it's too bad of a price myself.

I'm sure an buying a single resistor, if you knew what to buy, at Radio Shack would be cheaper but not easier to install.

Dayum, well whatever the market will bear I suppose. Meaning the cost of convenience but I'm also wishing I had the marketing idea! The markup has to be 1000+%
