My name is Keith, just moved back to the Longmont last year, and I be been wanting to get the jeep back on the trails. I have a 2005 Unlimited, no mods at the moment, and we just picked up a Tacoma last month with the TRD Off-road package. Looking forward to meeting some other fellow wheelers, mountain bikers, BBQ'ing people.

Had a spacer lift and 33x10.5's on the TJ but I took them off and dropped to 31's for the time being.

Welcome. I have a Wrangler as well, and am an MTBer. I live in Frederick but work in Longmont, so do a lot of biking in Boulder (Betasso, FlatIrons Vista) and Lyons (Hall Ranch), evenings or weekends. My cell is 515.418.2536; send me a text if you want to hit either type of trail. Tell us about your bike and what type of trails you like to do.

Since I've moved back I've ridden mostly Hall Ranch from the Antelope side, but I am familiar with all of those trails you mentioned. I ride a 2007.5 Santa Cruz Heckler for my FS, I've been riding my Transition TransAm 29'er the most though and I have a Surly Cross-Check for townie rides. I would like to hit up betasso sometime on the 29'er but, I ve only ridden once this summer and I need to get some conditioning back.

Haha, I've only done Hall Ranch from the Antelope side as well, but that mile-long climb is unrelenting. I've done it about 5-6 times this season; my boss and I have been hitting it every couple of weeks lately. In fact, we're heading there Wed about 4:00; let me know if you're interested. I have an FS Giant Stance 27.5 2 that I picked up in February; still a bit of a novice/intermediate rider but having a great time.

My conditioning is improving, but not optimal. I was at Betasso about 2 weeks ago, but happy to head over for a ride anytime.

I think my schedule gets better next week, and I should be able to do a Hall/Antelope ride, I ll just need to rest every 10 minutes lol.
