Not quite 3 seasons of use. Piston bearing disintegrated. No parts available.

Could be useful to someone as a parts provider. I put a bunch of money into upgraded wiring, breaker, gauge, and hose.

Would like to get something for it. $5 -10. Replacing it with a viair so its no good to me.

Can you get a part number off of the bearing? If not, I can open mine up and get the bearing number for an easy replacement (from any generic bearing company - you probably have one in town).

I will note, that when I "checked, tightened, upgraded" mine, I recall the lower end of the connecting rod (where the bearing is) had "adjustability" as to where it was tightened onto the crankshaft. If yours was not centered, the bearings were getting abnormal use/abuse (hint - to those who have this type of compressor - check & adjust before it dies).

If you're set on putting this out to pasture, I might be interested in the piston seal - mine's "lacking"... "after three seasons of use".

Tom - did you check to see if it's under warranty? If this is the product, they say 3 years... (I went searching for any parts supplier option)

Limited Warranty This portable 12-Volt High Volume Air Compressor is warranted by Q Industries, Inc., to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 years from date of original purchase

Bearing is completely disintegrated, part no not available, piston rod also damaged at bearing. Ordered a viair 400P.

Are you talking about the o ring seal, or the piston ring seal? O ring seal is shot.

Ah, how could I have forgotten that significant tidbit. Thx.
