this explorer has been sitting for several years. it was running fine when parked but now the fuel pump is stuck and will need to be replaced. for sale as is where is. it will need to be towed. i may be able to help with delivery for a small fee. located in west side of fort collins

Not a bad deal and really low miles!! I love the 2nd gens and am tossing around the idea of switching to a sport to shorten up the wheelbase a bit. Those 1st gens have quite a few options to lift em too.

Photos of the interior? Any other known issues besides the fuel pump? Don't these have two pumps (lifter in the tank and pump on the rail?

i will try to get some interior pics tomorrow but may not be able to due to plowing snow. the fuel pump is the only issue that i know of. i think it only has the one pump in the tank. i'm sure it could use a good tune up and fuel filter and probably the fuel tank cleaned while doing the pump as most of the fuel has probably evaporated out by now.

couldn't get any good pics of the interior as the gf has it full of junk, it's her old car. here are a couple other things about it. needs a battery. drives side inner door pull handle is broke, not the handle to open the door but its used to pull it closed. rust spot over gas filler. interior looks to be pretty decent other than a couple small tears in the headliner.
