Anyone ever mounted a 3 point shoulder harness seat belt to a roll bar or roll cage? Did you drill through it put a bolt/nut through the hole? Did you weld in a bung? Or maybe you welded on a piece of flat steel and bolted the harness mount on? I have seen all sorts of options, but need to figure out the "best" option. Need to put a shoulder harness in my truck where a roll bar exists. Pics would be great if you have them!

Never done it, but have seen a lot of "through the bar" solutions that work for a bunch of people.

I bought these bungs from Poison Spyder.

Bungs are the right way to do it.
If you are one that prefers to do things yourself, at least sleave it if your doing a hole through the tube.
Tabs work as well. Yet they need to have some bracing to keep them well anchored.

I was looking at those bungs from Poison Spyder. I looked online and couldn't find any great pics of them during the install, only before and after. Those pics help a ton! My only question is what diameter tube you used. I don't think the Poison Spyder site gave a length for them. They obviously have to be long enough to fit the bar that is already installed.

They will work with tube up to 1.75"

Thanks! I ordered 1 to start. Will see how the first one works and if I like it, I will likely do the other side and maybe the center.
