And thus is a question from me - how much time do you spend searching C/L? Do you use an automated search/notify program? You seem to post a fair bit of stuff (and I look at most every one...)

CL will provide email updates when things get posted. I have LOTS of different queries that run and I probably get 20-30 emails a day. The key is to make the query specific enough that you filter out most of the "garbage" that is unrelated, but also generic enough to find the deals. I typically do the same email alert for Denver, Co Springs, and Ft Collins. A single email alert will only trigger for a single city. It generally works well, and I have found some great deals without having to spend time on CL.
