6 month later we finally got an offer accepted on a house!

I really hope things will work out! We looked at about 80 houses and put offers on about 10 and finally were under contract.
Inspection is tomorrow, and paper work is rolling fast!
Possession date is the day before the our due date for our 2nd Child! ITS A BOY ! By the end of next month hopfully i have been able to provide our home sweet home to my girl, and my 2 sons.

Congrats on the new baby! I've heard from several friends buying homes here in CO that asking "price" is just the beginning. Hope you secure this one.

Fingers crossed on the house. Hope all goes smooth. Moving and having kid at same time should keep things busy for a while. Congrats on baby.

Thanks everyone! Inspection seemed to have gone well, sewer line has a small root, and finances are in line.

It's been a slow process but everything is in line to close on or before the 24th!!
And baby is due any time now!

Things are still going strong, im pretty stressed out now but still going strong! Lots of things going on at once!

Everything will work out for the best. It will all be done before you know it. A few months from now you will look back and be glad it was all worth the stress.

Yep, it's one of the top stressors in people's lives along with stuff like divorce, job change & death of a loved one.
