i have a group of guys from my home state of MS coming out to moab July 30-aug7. they will only be there july 31-aug6 or less as its a 24 hr drive for them. but i plan on joining them. anybody interested in joining. some are getting a condo and the rest including me will be camping. planning on getting a group camp site.

That will be a scorcher of a trip! Hopefully you can get some night runs in too.

Yeah it will be hot but they/we are from MS so we are used to the heat. Plus it will keep the crowds down.

Have fun, I've been there at that time of year and it's hot but not unbearable.

Night runs are a good Idea for sure.
We lived there a few years, hot at that time, nights don't cool that much as the rocks soak up the sun and then keeps it hot over night.
