That's who I use for my steel needs. If they don't have it, they should be able to point you in the right direction.

I'll check my vendor catalogs when (if) I get time. We purchase our steel from Norfolk Iron & Metals in Greeley, but I get at least one sales rep. a month from other suppliers. ;)

I go through Hinton Steel off of Evans. Depending on your needs I have aircraft grade stainless steel in small pieces, some 440, etc. Edit: Sorry did not see that you needed bigger stuff....

Thanks TJ, I called them yesterday but they sent me to Metal Supermarket. Not too many suppliers carry the 17-4 SS and if they can order it, usually there is a high minimum on any orders. I'm sure I'll find something!

Hey Louis, I'm not far from Metal Supermarket so if you need anything, let me know. I do have to head to Castle Rock on the 27th to pick up a trailer; could bring something that way then.

Unfortunately there are only two suppliers I found that can order the material and they are expensive. I ended up ordering from my old supplier in WI and cost 30% less with shipping??? I wonder what kind of mark-up they have here?
Stop by if you have time when you down this way.

Dang! Well Louis Colorado is expensive on everything now.
Glad you are getting what you need.
I guess I should have had Steve check it out under our account to see so what the price drop would have been.

I'm not giving up yet, I'm still searching hoping to find someone local. This was a rush project that hasto get done quick.
You can ask to see what your discounted cost would be, it would be great to know for comparison. I needed price on 1-5/8 round rod 24 ft 17-4 Stainless
Thanks Brandon
