Planning some stuff and found this house, it's unfortunately not available when I need it. Look at the pics...

THAT would be an amazing place to stay! Not large enough for my family, but I could totally see a memorable holiday gathering there for a smaller family.

If you split it with just one other couple it's not much different than a hotel. We use VRBO all the time, in Colorado you can find fantastic houses for much less than that one.

Split in half ($214.00/night) is way more than we pay Paul. But it's all good and why we like our trailer so much!

Your trailer is pretty sweet, someday I'll do the same. :thumb: For comparison, we have a couple of nights at the Best Western in Buena Vista coming up, and it came out to about $180.00 a night after all the fees and taxes and such. $214 isn't the end of that price, probably closer to $300.00 by the time I add in my dog and all the fees, so over 3 nights it's about an extra $360.00 to stay somewhere really nice instead of the Best Western. You save a lot of money by cooking at the house instead of restaurants too. We do that once or twice a year, it's fun to look forward to it.

I hear you Paul, I sure wouldn't mind staying in a place like that. Unfortunately our income is fixed and we have no desire to go back to work to afford such things.

This coming from a guy who likes to vacation in Maui! :lmao:
