Very sad. I always wear my seatbelt. Also taught my family to cross their arms and grab their belt if we roll over to prevent any limb damage or loss.

Anyone that doesn't is just dumb. Also never let anyone are recline their seat, usually results in a snapped neck.

I wouldn't be here if I didn't wear one, was in a rollover (3 times and hit a tree) and didn't get hurt. It did start the decline of my back but that's life - beats the alternative!

I have a buddy that rear ended a stopped gravel truck (full) in his Jetta at around 65 mph with no seatbelt (his dog chewed them out and he never replaced them). He's lucky to be alive. Lost a finger, lost a bunch of teeth, broken legs, ankle and hip.
