Hello,

Just purchased a new (to me) jeep. Have been an enthusiast for years. Have had several rigs built from extreme trailer to mild mall crawler. Have ran most all of Central Sierra trails, All of Hollister Hills ( top truck challenge) Northern Colorado and trails in Summitt County. Looking to meet fun people to run mild to challenging trails. Have had my new rig for a few months, am building as a capable expedition style rig. It has ran most of the Montezuma trail system, KELLY Flats Chutes, 44H, St Varain and Wheeler lake with ease. Below is the list of goods:

2000 XJ
Terra low 4:1
Novak cable shift
SYE

8.25 chromo axles, ARB,gears and HD diff cover
D30 low pinion front👎 Chromo 30 spline axles, ARB, HD diff cover and upgraded brakes👍
HD steering components
RE 4" long arm & ACOS
skid plates for case, tank & rockers, considering rear quarter sliders
rear adjustible shackles, considering 4 link
warn VR 8000 winch on stout bumper
rear HD bumper with tire carrier
top hat roof rack
rear cargo expedition rack
flat fender flares
295 70 17 nit to grappler mt's on Fuel Anza rims
on board air
really clean and maintained, work in progress

Chris - is that the "oddball Toyota" [body style] you were commenting on the other day? If yes, what's odd about it?

Rob: I'm not saying your truck is an oddball.

I'm not sure what you're talking about Jim. I'm guessing you're referring to the FJ55.

LOL - I just realized that and edited my post.

Yea, I had to look up the FJ55 and the rear end overhang caught my eye (from FJ55 pix) and my eye "saw the same truck" in the above pic - but the text says "2000 XJ" so I know I was mistaken.

Whew! I'm glad it was you and not me! :D

Feel free to delete and let Rob's thread get back on track. ;)

Thanks all. Like the 86 runner, reminders me of the 85 I let go a few years back. Took a run with a few members this last weekend to Twin Cone. Had a good time
