I usually go somewhere every weekend. Blackhawk seems to be a popular destination for me since it is close. What trails would you like to go on?

I'm likely going to be in the trails around Yankee Hill or Pickle Gulch on Sunday, not sure what time yet.

Going to a campfire instead, I think my wheeling year might be over...

How about this weekend?
I'm in Boulder but would love to go to Blackhawk. Would be a new spot to me. Anyone getting out?

Adam, I might take the 3rd gen out this weekend however, it depends on this upcoming snowstorm. Don't mind casual snow wheeling, but going up just to get stuck and winch all day is not my idea of fun.

Hey TJ!
Yea man, I understand that. Never snow wheeled but definitely don't want to get stuck and/or winch all day. Lets see how this storm pans out and then decide. Would be nice if we could get out.

If Blackhawk area is too snowed in, Bunce School Road, Ironclads, Rock Creek are options.

well, we've got about 5" or so, so Yankee & Pickle will both be good options around here. I think there's a little more snow on Rollins Pass, so not sure there. I doubt it would be a bash-fest, though since there hasn't been that much snow fall this season yet.
but RP has fooled me in the past...so...

Phantom Creek is another good option for snow wheeling.

not much snow, so it should be fun. probably some drifting towards the top, but still shouldn't be a bash-fest.
