sad thing he will most likely just be realy mad for a bit but will go do the same thing some place eles.

I have seen jeeper pull someones car from a handicaped spot as there was no placard or plate dude walk is laziness inside,
and here come someone with the right tages fornthe olny spot in the lot for them!
