Filling the AX-15 transmission is not difficult - but with the placement of the fill hole, folks often suggest "their way" to get the fill tended.

Some use hand pumps to pump fluid into the fill hole. Others suggest going in from the top via removing the shift lever. On my last fill - I went the shift lever route. It wasn't as easy as I initially expected it to be so this time I thought differently. Hmmm - there's a conveniently placed body drain plug - only a bit of tube and funnel would be needed. Yes! This is the way!

The final photo shows the tube - 12" long & 5/8" OD. This is perhaps the shortest tube that can work - depending upon your funnel connection. This vehicle has a 3" body lift as well.

Right on Jim.
Seems like the better way to do it.
And you should be able to get a little extra in as well.

We look forward to see ya on Monday.
