A little overpriced but would be a good swap with some glass beading to clean it up a bit. Despite what the add says - these will work with any early cj from 41-75 to convert both front and rear to disk brakes (D25 D27 D30 fronts and D44 rears). R&P made some great stuff - just recently closed down a year or two ago as the owners retired, although direct email to the owner will often get you some parts as he does some custom one-off stuff.
