Yeah, that is well outside what I would expect. A 1960's era Patrol that was originally sold in the US, in the same shape, is worth about $10k-$15k. The only real difference is that there was never a Patrol offered for sale in the US in a LWB configuration. The 1960's models can easily be converted to RHD if desired - the LHD and RHD models use the exact same dash.
