I want to go for a drive, but am indecisive and picky about where I go around here, but I thought I'd put it out there if anyone is already busy on Saturday like myself. Somewhere along the Peak to Peak Highway between Blackhawk and Estes Park probably.

Where should I go? Is Pickle Gulch mostly passable? I was looking at Park Creek but I think it's part of the closed Bunce trail, right?

Park creek will be closed for a while. Pickle Gulch should be clear by now — Yankee Hill is probably mostly clear except the very top. Pennsylvania Gulch should be dry and fun! Miller Rock is dry and good to go also!

I might be able to get out in the afternoon but probably late afternoon if I’m lucky. Wife had been getting mad at me for wheelin all the time ;)

Cool, thanks for the info. What fun trails around here are friendly to a late model Dodge Ram 1500? I have a friend that has one and have been trying to get him to get it out on some rocks.

All of Switzerland Trail will be fine, Gordon Gulch is a bunch of trails right off the southern end of Switzerland and the far northern end is probably the best, especially between Left Hand Canyon and Gold Hill Road - fun hill climbs and the Ram will be fine. Pennsylvania Gulch and Miller Rock will not be good for the Ram. Bunce, Pickle Gulch and Yankee hill should all be fine also. Most of the other trails are still gated

I’ll be up at Switzerland (north or south maybe both) this morning. Testing out my new set up. If anyone is interested.

I was thinking 10:30 or 11 at sawmill and left hand and then run back down to four mile. Turns out I have to be back in Boulder later this afternoon. Can you make it Matt? Think it’s dry? I was up a month ago and there was an Xj with no winch stuck in the snow had to help him dig lol.

Wish I could make it, really wanna wheel with both of you guys again! I also wanna wheel that northern section of Switzerland trail again also, fun and great views! Ive got family activities until this afternoon so maybe next time Chris!

Yes, should be dry as a bone up there! Maybe a few snow/ice patches in the shade but nothing to worry about

Sound good. There should be no problems with snow. I'll PM you.
