Top four-wheeling trail

According to this mornings RMN it's Mt. Anterro with Tincup Pass being second.

Oh yeah, an important qualifier - that's according to high country jeep tours.

It was in my rocky Mountain News this morning - "Colorado Quality" best summer fun with 10 activities. I suspect it's "top" for their wallet. ;)

I like Mt. Anterro and will go there this year some time I'm sure. It's easy and scenic and last July ran in to snow and got to pull out the 6 people who thought they could get past the snow.

I have yet to do that trail, I want to do antero just to see what it's all about, however this year I am guessing won't be it!

Yeah they both are...... However doubt either are currently open right now! I know Tin Cup is still Closed!

I like them both and yes, they're both easy. Anterro has a pretty good pucker factor due to some drops but if that doesn't bother you it's easy. I don't think you really need 4WD for it. You do need to air down to ease the bumps simply because it's very rocky. Tin Cup is a favorite of ours with lots of side trails and old mines and great scenery, very fun and still easy. Good trails for late July!
