Johnny Park is open

Drove up to check and the gate was open!! Sawyer and I are going to run it tonight!!!

Pole hill usualy opens before johnny probabably open too then. I checked on friday and both still showed closed and still do.

I went to pole hill last weekend and a tour group had the gate key. They said it would open June 1st for the public.

The tour group said they did trail maintenance to get the key

Unfortunately it was only open for about 3 miles and then a gate was closed, so we were disappointed. Oh well, I’m sure it’ll open all the way soon!

I checked status of Pole Hill today - listed as closed (I didn't call)

The forest service website says T33 Plane crash road is closed but it is open

They seem to be a week behind on some of the road status updates.

Just noticed this morning the usfs site shows Pole Hill and Johnny Park now as OPEN!!! Looks like we have some fun to do this afternoon!!!
