Hey Folks, I believe I'm heading to Crystal Mountain's trail - up to the gate - to clear trees. It's a "why not" thought vs. why clear trees to a gate that'll stay locked all season.
I'm planning to head out solo but if someone wishes to join and play with tools in the forest that's an option.
Saturday's going to be a hot day so I plan to visit tree clearing first and then head back to the quarry on the way out. I plan to drive county roads to the Crystal/Moody intersection (25 min) vs. taking Moody (50 min) [times pulled from a GPS track log of mine].
I'm thinking of being leaving FoCo early - perhaps 6:30 or 7:30 (who am I kidding - I'm not a morning person).
Anyone interested in joining?
