I like my instatrunk quite a bit. I like it even better after I added some D-anchors to it so I can strap things to the top.

I put a couple of these (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01CGW97V2/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1) onto the top deck so I can better tie down stuff in the back.

I screwed up the OP, the correct link is https://www.morris4x4center.com/bestop-instatrunk-matte-black-42701-01.html

and for a short time you can enter code 7BACK and get 7% off, so it's 130.97 to the door.

Trent, thanks for the d-ring link, I'm going to order those!

Since I was grounded today I got on this, and I really like it. It is really good to have all the extra cargo space; between this and the diamond plate box I already had I actually have more room than I need, a Jeep first for me. :thumb:
I cleaned up and touched up the bed of my Jeep, took my carpet out of storage (until my dog got too old for wheeling that was her area and she had her own carpet and pads, so my OEM carpet has been in a box and is in great shape) and put it back in. I plan on bedliner eventually, but until then it makes sense to install the trunk with the carpet in. I can fill the space with weather stripping and the thickness of the bedliner if / when I take the carpet back out, but if I install it without the carpet I won't have the room to fit it in afterward. The trunk pieces all bolt together, you drill 3 holes and use one existing one to put 4 nutserts in, cut 4 holes in the carpet and bolt the trunk in. Pretty easy. I also bolted on a piece of superstrut over the top of it using the old seat belt nuts / bolts, that will be for securing backpacks and such on top and to possibly make it tougher to pry the top up.
