Ok, well maybe we should do something more than Big John Mountain then, it’s pretty short although the snow might make it a little fun. I guess we could run Bunce and maybe Ironclads after Big John.

Sandstone to the turn off Matt listed, via my GPS tracks, shows 18 minutes.

I say we meet at 10 at sandstone park in Lyons. If this works for people please respond and say so. If it does ill make it official and post a new trail run by like 8 or 830. I just need to know when i need to start heading north :)

So Big John Mountain is easy and short but doesn’t see much traffic so hopefully it’s snowy.... I will have my chains also but don’t think they’ll be needed. If we fly thru Big John Mountain (and we most likely will) we can run a couple miles up the hill to Bunce and Ironclads. These will certainly have traffic (atv’s, side by sides and other 4x4’s) but Im curious how the conditions are! Last time I ran it was a month ago and it was very icy & I couldn’t make the Ironclads loop and also was turned back on Bunce by an icy hill...... I have my chains with v-bars just for this kind of stuff ;)
