I ran across this linked from another website today. I've never seen this product before, but it seems like the sort of thing that may be useful in a trail repair kit. Have any of you used this or seen it before?

It could be useful in certain situations. I carry a couple rolls of rescue tape which I think would be better for things like coolant lines, transmission lines, etc. https://www.rescuetape.com/

I carry this and duck tape: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Nashua-Tape-1-in-x-3-33-yd-Stretch-and-Seal-Self-Fusing-Silicone-Tape-in-Black-1208952/100206050

I also have brand new upper and lower radiator hoses in my Jeep as spares. Together they cost about 20.00 and weigh nothing.

I always have a roll in my rescue bag.
Never had to use it yet, but I got it if I need it.

It's nice to have options.

I think I have the older / original ?silicone? flex tape in the toolbox - and the old set of rad hoses zip-tied under the front seat. Extra hose clamps are "clamped" to the hoses on the motor (heater & rad).

I was carrying a used set of hoses- I replaced both of them during another service a while back and rinsed them out, wrapped them in plastic and put them away. Earlier this winter I began prep for this year's trips and found they were both hard as rocks so I bought new ones, and a new serpentine belt for a spare too. Just a heads up, although mine hardening doesn't mean yours will too, you may want to check yours, it's easier to find out in the garage...
