Do you guys ever do night runs?

I know it's a highly inopportune time generally, but the rare times are rather unique so long as it's not a burden of a trail at night.

Maybe a mid summer thing if ever, but I was curious? Ful moon or no moon lol, lights, dirt, tires

Anyone ever go?

This was the last frontrange on, Yankee Hill from the Alice side a few years ago. It was a lot of fun.

I made this silly video for trailsoffroad a couple of years ago, I think that was the last night run I did

If someone wants to do a night run they kick something in planning and see if others jump in.

They're not too common - but they happen.

If you want to do one - stir the waters and see what bites!

It's been a while for me... (heck, I think Max has changed vehicles a time or two since then)

Good times! I'd be up for a night run.

I'm getting my lights fixed this Friday, hopefully, then I'd love to do a night run.

I've heard there's great views of the stars at night up Argentine, and also at the Great Sand Dunes.

I've got all the lights working so I'm totally excited for a night run. Some Fridays would work, and pretty much all Saturdays, with the exception of June 8th-9th when I'll be wheeling in Moab.

It's just a stock KJ (first-gen Liberty) so preferably nothing too crazy, but I push the limits of what it can do so I can do most moderate trails, however probably best to stick towards the easy side for my first night run.

Possibly - but if you're going to Moab, IMO that'll be much better than much of what is in Colorado as it's away from Denver's (and about any large city) lights.

Last I was in Moab, camping at the nearby campground, we headed to this easy to get to pull-out for stargazing. There were about five other vehicles in the parking lot all doing the same thing - I think one large telescope too.
