I believe Trailridge Runners did it a couple of years ago. Very narrow.

Also in the area is the pavement based "Beartooth Highway" - highly recommended

We just got back from Montana and did the Beartooth Highway, and I can also recommend it. But even more fun is just across the valley a 4x4 trail called HellsRoaring Plateau. Nice hike at the top too. We also did Daisy and Lulu Passes near Cooke City MT, on the other end of the Beartooth. We couldn't make the loop that those two can combine to, due to the snow. Nice area.
