What a good time! We had Barb & myself, Stephanie and Hugh, Ben in his 60 for its "maiden" run, Danny with his Runner for the first time off-road in a long time and Andy in another Runner to provide the most excitement for the day by an individual. ;)

Hauled out a lot more bags of junk too. :thunb:

Details and pics to follow.

Maybe Andy hasn't stepped in yet because his adrenaline rush hasn't eased.

Looking forward to the pic!

Here is the link to my pictures...I didn't get any of Andy though! If he joins up, I might 'find' some. :D No, actually, I would have gotten pictures if I had been the one holding my camera.

Those Pictures are Saweeeet!

Andy is sittin here looking at them with me - his New FR4x4 Handle is 4Runner3Wheeler, which considering his first run, is very appropriate!

I posted on the trail run planning page, but i really can't say enough how much fun you guys are and how great that run was. I am really inpressed with the 60, it is really more capable, than I imagined it would be.

It was a good time! Looking forward to more wheeling with the group that showed up, maybe next time we can get more to turn out whether Barbour Fork or anywhere else.

We need to plan another run!

And welcome Andy, post up here: http://www.frontrange4x4.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=58

I'm in!

Thank you for not beating me up too bad on the forum...Danny and Chris;). I will work on posting pictures sometime this week. I will likely upload to photobucket and provide a link like Stephanie. It will definitely contain the photo that demonstrates why it can be interesting running an IFS rig. Barbour fork is a cool moderate trail that can be interesting in a few places to be rated a 3.

I had a great time on the clean up. I look forward to future rides. I appreciate every one's great attitude and acceptance of a new member to the group by making me feel welcomed.

Welcome, glad you joined up.

Your comment here is why my name has "lifer" attached to it. I have asked many newbie questions, have only been wheeling for a little over a year, and everyone has been patient, encouraging, and great to ride with.

Sorry that I missed this run. Worked all day on the hub/rotor crapola and it was a drag. Really butchered the bearing race assembly when the studs and pins broke. BTW, this is a cast piece and doesn't weld for s**t ! Oh, yeah...the pins are also made of a very hard steel that resisted all attempts to drill the remains out..

Anyone got a complete FJ60 rotor/bearing assembly that they want to part with?? I don't need the actual locking hub, though that was destroyed, too.

Fairplay sucks butt. I probably will go the long way to BV or Wheeler if I go down that way for fun. People have serious brain damage there and dealing with anyone in any business there is like dealing with people in an electro shock retirement community. Slow doesn't do justice to it. They make Martin's 3 t-cases with an overall crawl ratio of 1000:1 look absolutely speedy. Took over an hour to get checked into a reserved motel room, and this was being done by one of the owners. In addition, it was the same motel and same room that I have had reserved for the last 3 months. I should have gotten my video camera out as no one would have beleived this. God knows I had the time! I was like a sad cross of a very bad comedy, Andy of Mayberry at 1/4 speed, and The Day The Earth Stood Still.

OMG Brody! :lol::lol::lol:

I think I was there once, in Missouri though, and it is a good thing I didn't need anything.

I am so sorry you are confined to such a purgatory.

Reminds me of a hyperactive roofer friend who decided to move south figuring he'd have a job bid and done before his competition gave a bid. He was back in 30 days telling me all he did was p#ss people off by "rushing" them.

I'm not clear what you need from a 60, I imagine I could fine the parts though.

What I need is the assembly that houses the actual wheel bearings and that the 4x hub actually bolts to. These are seldom seen separate from the brake rotors, so I'll take the whole assembly if you got one.

supercute! However, he might look better in more of an A-line cut...
