OHV Open area off-roading

I was in Rifle this week and noticed a crew of Jeeps following us up the road to Rifle Falls. I'm curious where they were heading, so I poked around for some information in trails in this area. It appears there is a large OHV "open" area here, where you can do pretty much anything you want anywhere you want. Is anyone familiar with this area already? Have you been there?

Never heard of it. I have relative very close by, I need to check it out.

This sounds awesome, especially as a place to hang out for a few days of wheeling, dirt biking, and mountain biking.
