Holy Cross City Friday October 2nd

I thinking of running Holy Cross City on Friday 10/02. Less crowded on Friday. If Tie Rod Bender is on for Saturday 10/03, I may camp overnight somewhere closer to Gypsum and join that run as well.

How early? It looks to be 180 miles / 3h 15 min driving time for me + time one fuel stop along the way.

How early? Jim - I'm flexible, what's a reasonable time for you to arrive at the trailhead?

If the group stays small I am probably in....I could camp out the night before near the trailhead or drive there in the morning - depending on meet time.

Does a 10A meet at the trailhead work for everyone? Air down and on trail by 10:30A. I'm thinking the group will be small as I have no one else joining other than FR folks.

Works for me. 6:30a on the road.

I could do an overnight and trail the next day.

I'm game for about anything on Saturday. Michael/White Stripe said he's out for Tie Rod and James has a pref for two other trails. How firm do you wish to visit Tie Rod? Jay/Jason44 posted for Tie Rod perhaps he'll jump in here for a debate for a Saturday trail(s).

How firm do you wish to visit Tie Rod? I'm not set on Tie Rod and I am open to anything. I'm getting my fix on Holy Cross.
