Canyonlands Maze District - Day 4 (May 8, 2021)

We woke up and enjoyed the awesome views at the Dollhouse 2 campsite. Before Jim and Trent woke, I hiked to this cool place called The Granary. When they were up and about, I talked them into hiking there again. It was awesome. When we got back to camp, it was past 11am and obvious someone drove up and turned around at our camp. A few minutes after we got there a group of FJ's pulled up and we packed up and left them to have the campsite. They camped at Standing Rock the previous night, which is where we were camping this night...... and when we got to Standing Rock 30 minutes later we realized why they left camp early, its really exposed and windy there. The views are incredible and we made lunch and took pictures but ended up sitting in our rigs for a good bit due to the wind and blowing sand. This day turned out to be like the rainy day at camp. The drive to Standing Rock from the Dollhouse is just a few miles so not much wheeling' on Day 4.
