As to how: My guess - the end of the vid shows an intersection. Perhaps the jeep was coming down and needed to do a 170deg hard right turn to continue down - and went a bit too wide and rolled down the slope.

CO4x4RR posted up about it on Facebook, he was trying to make a uturn. The driver and passenger were ejected, one of them broke his back IIRC. Shame, looks like a nice Jeep.
