Maybe I've been a theft victim one too many times... but who leaves a scooter parked on the street unsecured? I guess some folks are still trusting out there.

Unfortunately, not everyone understands that just because you can, doesn't mean you should. That couple is lucky there is footage of the guys loading it into their Ford.
