Hello,

Depending on how many rigs we would either meet at the trail head to air down or pick a parking lot in Lawson. Would like to meet by 9am and start the run by about 9:30. Would run Red Elephant to Mill Creek, then do that loop back to Bill Moore Lake. Of course picking a spot somewhere to have some lunch.

I haven't run these trails but it looks like skids and sliders are a minimum for Red Elephant with a lift and rear lockers recommended. It's not extreme but looks to be a bit more challenging trail overall so please make sure you are built and comfortable with the difficulty level. The other two seem more moderate with some spots of challenge but nothing most rigs can't handle. My estimate is about 5.5 hours trail time but maybe plan for a 6-7 hour day just in case.

Anyone interested?

Great! Look forward to meeting you. I'll leave this here until tomorrow morning and then move it over to planned. If it's just the two of us we can meet up at the trail head.

You should post it on the calendar so others know it’s going on and can join…..

I ran these roads a few weeks ago. Red Elephant was more difficult than I expected, it's fun.

I've done Red Elephant a couple of times in the past month, once 35s and once with 38s and portals to see the difference. Fun both times but with very different lines. There is some really nice variety in line choices in a few places so you can choose your own difficulty level, but there is definitely a baseline fairly difficult that I enjoy, but with my LR4 on 33s caused me to have to winch in one spot. Wish I could join but I'm out with Trent and Ty doing Ouray area trails this weekend. Post pics of Red Elephant if you are able, I always enjoy them.
