Not mine....a friend's. It runs a small OME lift kit with 33s.... winter snow tires in first photos are only 32s.

Yup....it uses 4 bolts at the each footing end of the bar/tube that go into the frame, so that is 16 holes drilled into frame. IIRC, they are 5/16". It's not the most heavy duty of mounts as the drilled holes and bolts only thread into the outer side of the rectangular frame tubing. It would be better to drill them all the way through the frame tubing and nut the back side of the bolts, but then you would have to sleeve the holes so the sides of the frame tubing doesn't crush together. We decided the better way to strengthen the mount to the frame would be to weld some short beads around the footing mount to the frame. We didn't do that yet...TBD if it's really needed.
