Rig is getting old

One of the tpms sensors died Sunday. Anyone here replaced their own? Doesn’t look too difficult on youtube videos.
At 70 I am not a all certain I want to try it solo.

Optionally, if working from the front side/outside with the tire fastened, I think I'd remove the tire from the back side bead / remove the back side off of the wheel. The front bead would be broken and in this condition the wheel can readily move away giving ample room to tend the task. A downside might be balance issues (we'd mark the tire-wheel so that they re-seat in the same orientation though). Again - it's optional to unseat and remove the inner surface.

Just a warning light. I have disabled the tpms via odb jscan so it doesn’t light.

I'm in the process of replacing all my valve stems with hybrid quick deflate stems and the TPMS are attached to the stems. I've done one already with the guidance of Shane (Speedkills) and it's pretty darn easy using a hi lift jack. I was a little intimidated at first but once I did it I had no worries about doing the rest of them by myself.

Just a small heads up (not related to the physical replacement process). I had to buy some for my RAM 1500 a while back for a winter set of tires. Absolutely replace the senor with a MOPAR unit...not aftermarket. The Mopar ones are meant to automatically connect with no need for programming. Aftermarket brands can be quality, but they typically require a special tool for connection and programming. I swap between my winter and summer times often, and they automatically re-connect within a few miles of swapping them.

I would presume that's the case with the Jeeps as well.

Super easy, lay your tire down under your bumper or sliders, put a high lift jack on the tire just outside of the valve stem, jack it up until you can reach the sensor and replace it.

Been driving a couple of days with the pressure monitoring system shut off. It may just be easier leaving it that way.
