Black Dragon

Had to fix the Ranger (not fun to fix a rear axle with only a right arm) for a quick run to Richfield Utah.
on the way back we where going to make a quick run up to Black Dragon petroglyphs and the gate was locked (sad Panda)
anybody know why ?
